  • Currency & tax: Prices are in EUR. Local taxes, including mandatory tourist tax, will be added where applicable under Croatian law. The prices include VAT.


Booking Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Maximum occupancy: 6 people, including children


Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM

No early or late check-outs are allowed.


Deposit & Payment

  • Deposit amount: price of one day stay
  • Payment schedule: 50% upon booking, 50% 2 weeks before arrival


Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival
  • Early departures or no-shows are non‑refundable


Pet Policy

  • Only dogs allowed in the apartment
  • Pet fee: €15 / day


Additional Fees

  • Tourist tax: The tourist tax is not included in the price and is charged per person
  • Extra guest fees
  • Pet fee (dogs only): €15 / day
  • Extra cleaning fee: €200
  • Late check-out fee: late check-out is not available
  • Lost key fee: €200 (includes lock replacement)
  • Smoking violation fee: €1,000
