Ground floor

On the ground floor of the Marina Penthouse, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing and stylish stay. The space features two cozy bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds - a modern bathroom, and a bright, open-plan living area that seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable living room. There is also working-station.

If you step outside, you’ll find the main balcony, where you can enjoy meals, sunsets, and sea views. For added comfort, there's also a smaller covered terrace at the entrance featuring a grill set and a jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island.

1st floor

Connected to the open-plan living area, the first floor offers a comfortable bedroom with a separate spacious bathroom, which was thoughtfully equipped with a washer and a dryer, making it especially convenient for longer stays.

Parking

Guests arriving by car can take advantage of two free parking spaces, one of which is equipped with an 11kW EV wallbox for convenient electric vehicle charging. Simply use the RFID chip on your apartment key to start charging - Type 2 cable required. The current charging rate is €0.69/kWh.

Booking and payment terms

• 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
• Security deposit is required in the amount of one day booking fee.

Additional Fees

• Tourist tax: The tourist tax is not included in the price and is charged per person.
• Pet fee (dogs only): If you arrive with a dog, a cleaning fee of €15 per day will be charged. A feeding bowl can be provided. 
• Extra cleaning fee: €200
• Late check-out fee: late check-out is not possible
• Lost key fee: €200 (includes lock replacement)
• Smoking violation fee: €1,000

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• 50% refund for cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival
• No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival
• Early departures and/or no-shows are non‑refundable
